Brad Alley

A lifelong resident of Pulaski County, Brad Alley is an avid family man, sportsman, business professional, and friend to many. He has served a host of families, businesses, and churches through the years as an insurance agent, and continues to provide a high level of genuine, caring service to the residents of Southwest Virginia.

A consummate “Cougar”, Brad is a graduate and ongoing supporter of Pulaski County High School. He advanced his education by obtaining an Associates Degree from New River Community College and Bachelors in Business Administration from Radford University. Professionally, he holds Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow and Agri -Farm Insurance Specialist designations.

Brad has been happily married to Julie Chaffin Alley for 30 years and is father to Ashley, Dillon, and Brayden. He enjoys family time, running, fishing, and listening to country music. He is a member of Dublin United Methodist Church.

Lynn White

Lynn White has been a resident of Pulaski County his entire life.  He has served many families in his more than 20 years in Banking and Financial Services, as well as 15 years in the Retail and Wholesale automobile business.  He has a real understanding of the needs of most families and businesses in the community.  A graduate of Pulaski County High School and attended New River Community College with a focus on Business, Finance and Accounting.  In addition to his business experience, he holds an Auctioneers license and does many charity related auctions.

Lynn has served with many Civic Organizations over the years.  He currently serves Pulaski County on the Industrial  Development Board and is Chairman of the Workforce Development Board for area 2 of the State of Virginia,  Representing Pulaski County Business.

Cindy is his wife of 37 years.  They have 3 sons, Daughter in law and a beautiful granddaughter. Will, Jessica and their daughter Callie live in Dublin. Son Clay lives in Dublin as well.  Heath attends Emory & Henry College and plays football for the Wasps.  They are members of the Highland Park Community Church.

Karen Tuggle

Karen has been a resident of Pulaski County most of her life. She is graduate of Pulaski County High School and attended New River Community College. 2019 marks her 40th year anniversary in the Insurance Industry. Karen has been married to Gerald Tuggle for 26 yrs and she has 3 children , Christopher Lewis, Kayla Lewis and Amanda Tuggle. She has 3 precious grandchildren Eli, Gianna and Gage. Karen and her daughter Kayla also own ” Southern Harts Boutique” in Pulaski together. Karen enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading and the beach.

Larry Nipper Jr.

Larry has been a resident of Pulaski County most of his life. He is a graduate of Pulaski County High School, New River Community College, and Radford University. Larry retired from UPS in Dublin October of 2020 with 35 years of service. He is continuing his career with Insurance Center of Dublin. Larry is a Family man and resides in Pulaski with his wife Michelle. He loves time with their children and grandson. Larry and Michelle attend Pulaski Church of God.
